Becca & Cody get married at Stratford Country Club
We were thrilled to be a part of Becca & Cody’s July wedding which took place at the Stratford Country Club. Every detail was thought out from the telephone guest book, the beautiful florals and the integration of their beloved cats in many little details. We were so thankful to have been apart of their day and we are happy that they felt the same way. Here is what they said in their Google review:
“We got married last weekend (yay!) and hired Gold House Studios as our photographers. Previously, we had worked with Mikayla, the lead photographer, twice in the past however being with them for the majority of our wedding day allowed us to have a better understanding of who they are as photographers, as human beings, and as a couple. Man, are we thankful we have good taste and instinct.
I could go on and on about our wonderful experience with Mikayla and Nathaniel. As soon as Mikayla arrived, she clearly had a vision - ideas sparking in her head. The poor girl lifted and moved so much heavy furniture in order to get perfect angles and clear shots. It looked like a workout, to say the least. Nathaniel, the second photographer, supported Mikayla's visions and executed his own as well. His style is also on point, photography and fashion wise. He also has mastered the "yes, dear" phrase, which I hope Cody caught on to.
Most importantly, Mikayla and Nathaniel made us feel at ease, which is crucial when you're experiencing an abundance of emotions on your wedding day. They're the type of people I would choose as friends - kind, caring, and funny. I can't wait to share future life events and milestones with them. Like, I love them THAT much.
Although we haven't received our full wedding gallery yet, we have gotten sneak peaks (within less than 24 hours) and they're AMAZING. The exact vibe and aesthetic I was hoping for. Mikayla and Nathaniel are full of talent and passion and we would highly recommend Gold House Studios to anyone and everyone.

We have to admit it is one of our favourite reviews. It summarized us perfectly & we had SO much fun celebrating their day. We are not sure how we lucked out with such amazing couples but we won’t question our luck.
What wasn’t mentioned is that Mikayla may have also been in the line of fire for their celebratory just married Champagne poping. But Hey! This is what we do for our couples.
